Gastronomic delights
Recently completely renovated, that new facade is well cool, and a unique stunning interior … you can choose to dine inside or under the stars on the elegant terrace.  The menu is full of enticing gastronomic delights, and the attentive and discrete service is exemplary, gaining it’s reputation as one of the most exclusive restaurants on the southeast coast of Cyprus.

Natural elements
Inside, you’ll find warm honey-tones, crisp monotones and contemporary designer touches married with natural elements, including fresh accents of greenery that extend out onto their beautiful terrace, where you’ll savour your evening enjoying the balmy Cyprus climate, and cool Mediterranean breezes …

Starters
You have to try the Smoked Salmon Caviar, accompanied with salmon, egg, crispy salmon and horseradish sauce or the one of my faves, the Confit Duck with dry figs and Prosciutto, sprinkled with sesame and Teriyaki … sounds delicious? try it, it is ! … Guy’s if you really want to impress the love of your life, order the Marennes Oysters served with fresh Lemon and Sweet Chili Sauce on crushed ice !

Pastas
If you fancy Pasta as your main, the Crab Meat Ravioli is something else … Ravioli filled with crab meat and asparagus served in a light cream Abalone sauce.  Or just as delicious the Polo e Penne, Penne with chicken, cream, garlic, bell peppers, tomato sauce and mushrooms … I can’t get enough of it !

Seafood
The Mongolian Style Seafood Platter is a must for Seafood lovers … Prawns, Tuna, Sea Bream, Mussels and Calamari served with a warm Oyster Sauce … hard to resist !

Meat and Poultry
Hard to choose, but the House Special, the Sage Beef Fillet, prime Fillet of Beef with Apple, Pineapple and Ginger finished in a Cream Port Wine Sauce … it’s just divine ! Or if you fancy something a bit different, then why not try the Wild Boar, Tender loin Wild Board sauteed with Leeks and finished in Beetroot Sauce, it’s to die for !!!

Vegetarian
They also have Vegetarian options, Corn Tacos, Vegetable Risotto, Home made Spring Rolls to mention but a few …

Desserts
Let’s just say, make sure you leave some room for afters, omg !!!

Children’s Menu
This is a family restaurant so you’ll also find a large, fun, Children’s Menu including The Humpty Dumpty, small pieces of golden Fried Chicken served with French Fries and Salad or the The Three Mermaids, three fried Fish Fingers served with French Fries and Salad … the kids will love it here !

Cava
Fine food deserves a befitting drink to accompany it, which is why Sage offers an extensive wine cellar of carefully selected vintages that will complement your meal, as well as cocktails, spirits and other alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.  Their Sommelier will guide you on making the right wine pairing, ensuring that your selection enhances your dining experience with them.  Their Wine Menu features both award-winning Cyprus and international vintages from large producers and independent boutique wineries.

It’s always good to hear opinions, so you just have to check out their reviews on Trip Advisor … but do go and experience for yourself, a higher-calibre of dining for all the family and tbh I don’t think I’ve ever heard a bad thing about it !!!

You’ll find them at 10 Kryou Nerou, Ayia Napa, running east off the little roundabout by the monastery, its just after Liquid Cafe, and really is a must try !
