Traveller’s Baronesa Dance Bar, Ayia Napa

There's regular theme nights including Belly Dance Nights, and Fancy Dress Nights, so you'll find police officers and even witches ... Naturally, the girls will dance for you at your table and if you'd like something a little more private all you have to do is ask, who knows it might be your lucky night ?

Acropolis Bar & Restaurant, Ayia Napa

What I like about Acropolis Bar is their down to earth attitude, and there's always something happening in here.  Boasting an extensive menu with a good variety of international cuisines, for breakfast lunch or dinner, from morning 'til hmm morning!

Sirena Bay Beach Bar & Restaurant

... some with a cultural twist, tbh these days, at Sirena Bay, you should expect the unexpected !

Parko Paliatso Luna Park, Ayia Napa

I love this place, the sounds of gears and links chinking, smothered by fair ground music, the smell of candy floss and bbq corn on the cob, the multi coloured lights and occasional girly screams. It's really cool idea coz you just buy a Wrist Band depending on your ages and what you want to do!

Ayia Thekla Beach Bar & Restaurant, Ayia Napa

The setting is as good as on the beach, it's a traditional village house with alcoves and arches edging the shaded patio out front, overlooking the beautiful Mediterranean sea.  The ambience is relaxed outside and continues inside, with comfy lounge style sofas and 4 huge TV screens to watch all the live sports, there's a pool room with plenty of seating and two lovely open fires to keep your toes warm in the winter.

Bedrock Cafe, Ayia Napa

It looks stunning from outside, recreated to look like the inside of a cave, with huge Dinosaur bones, arches and skeleton relics everywhere and I just love the Lizard stools ... all the crew are dressed up in character and of course Fred parked the Flintstones car outside, so don't forget to get a selfie or two ! Oh, there's big screens for all the live sports and a pool table and a cool beer garden with cool kid's play area out back.

Vassos Fish Harbour Restaurant, Ayia Napa

There's always something happening at the harbour, so whether you're just going for a stroll to see the boats or your're coming back from a boat trip or you just want to get away from the maddening crowd, this is a great eaterie ... in fact this restaurant really stands out as one of Cyprus' finest fish taverns ... just check their Trip Advisor reviews ...

Ayia Thekla Open Air Market, Ayia Napa

With over 50 stalls in the summer there's everything you'd expect from a thriving market, from a variety of bric-a-brac, souvenirs, hand made pottery, household goods, I.T Services and computer stuff.  There's shoes, new and second hand clothes, accessories, cafes and food stalls and even Grimsby's Smokey Pete's Van selling traditional English fish imported from Grimsby of course!  Pete has been in the trade over 35 years and specialises in Smoked Haddock, smoked the traditional way in Oak Sawdust ... the aroma is awesome!

Jungle Bar, Ayia Napa

I watched Lucas and Stavros build the bar, converting it into an open fronted beach hut on the shores of a Jungle, it's basic, wooden, natural, no frills and spills, I love the rope swings for seats, brilliant!, and more than a hint of their obvious love of animals.  But it's not just a bar, it's a meeting place, somewhere to chat about whats on in Napa, somewhere to pick up tickets to the biggest clubs, events and pool parties and boat trips, some free and with their compliments oh, and of course enjoy a drink or two while you're there ...

Footloose Karaoke & Sports Bar, Ayia Napa

It's on the entrance to Bar street, and it's one of the oldest bars in Napa. Andreas and Karina, who are completely 'down to earth' absolutely love their pub and have continued it's 30 year tradition by being one of the few bars that stay open all year and naturally it's a favourite with locals and long stay workers and of course they look after anyone that wants to join them , it's sort of one big happy family !
