Koh i noor Is of course one of the worlds most famous diamonds, and this restaurant aptly boasts the same name and reputation, as it was Paphos' first Indian eaterie and now ending their second decade it's undoubtedly one of my most highly recommended ... Haris bar looks the part as you arrive, a cool low modern building, even cooler signage, its comfortable, with spacious inside and outside seating on the covered beer gardens style patios, and out back, a lawn surrounded by sun terraces with full size family pool in the middle for their clients kids to play in free ... oh and an awesome British chef creating a really good Mediterranean menu !

The secret behind their success is down to the quality of their ingredients, everything fresh daily and cooked to order, the presentation impeccable ! Marios told me "to cook a good steak you first have to buy a good steak" and that's exactly what they do, importing the finest Black Angus beef and the freshest seafood caught daily by local fishermen.
