Things To Do

Dolphin Semi Submarine, Protaras

... Continuing the cruise towards Lover's Bridge, pulling in so close to Sharks Mouth Cave and The Pirates Caves, you have to push them off the rocks ... and then on towards the sea caves where you'll have a chance to jump in and explore the caves or just have a refreshing dip in the beautiful Blue Lagoon during the 45 minute swim stop ... oh, mind you don't lose your Captain to the Aphrodite I Cruises here 😉

Knights Pub & Restaurant, Pernera

Bursting at the seams with talent, one of my best friends ‘Xenis’, without doubt one of Cyprus’ best chefs, conjures his Cordon Bleu pub grub, from a huge menu including a kid’s choice, vegetarian selection and the best Sunday lunch ever … Completely international it’s a ‘must eat at’ place OK! … and remember he’s usually one step ahead of the competition !

Arts & Crafts by the Lake, Restolake, Oroklini

This really is a lovely initiative by local, ex pat and international artists and crafters from all over the world and a lovely way to spend a family day out doing a little shopping and bartering and I really hope you'll go along to give them some support !

Christmas Market @ Ayia Thekla, Sotira

This market is an annual event for one day only, which this year falls on Saturday 24th November 2018 from 10 am 'til 3 pm and as always it will be a day of fun, shopping and a enjoying a little bartering and a great chance to do most of your Christmas Shopping at really low prices.  oh and don't forget to bring the kids to meet Santa !!!

Lara Bay, Akamas Peninsula

The Akamas Peninsula is the real Cyprus, it's a protected area and National Park and worth a visit by boat, by 4 wheel drive car, Buggy or Jeep Adventures ... whichever you choose ... Go !!!

Cyprus Rocks Festival 2017, Protaras … 4th ’til 11th October

What started as a weekend gig, grew into a week long party and then two weeks of pure rock festival, live bands on a big stage, and often in intimate venues, where you get a chance to grab a drink and socialise with like minded mates you've not seen since the last festival, as well as the band members who hang around the venues, along with the thousands of rock fans that started to follow Eddie's Classic Rock Tours over ten years ago ...

Parko Paliatso Luna Park, Ayia Napa

I love this place, the sounds of gears and links chinking, smothered by fair ground music, the smell of candy floss and bbq corn on the cob, the multi coloured lights and occasional girly screams. It's really cool idea coz you just buy a Wrist Band depending on your ages and what you want to do!

Nemo The New Submarine, Ayia Napa

setting sail daily from Ayia Napa’s splendid harbour, heading west along the coast to Pernera Bay in Ayia Napa, where this year there’ll be a new stop off by the water sports to watch the divers over the newly sunk wreck some 20 metres down … I think this is the only boat in Napa deep enough to see this and it's quite awesome looking down on the divers …

We found the Mermaids !

I loved this story ... and had to go along to see the real live mermaids ... and we found them ...

Misohoro Taverna, Dherynia

They called it 'MisoHoro', as it in the centre of the village, I always thought it meant Half a Dance ? ... ha! when you leave here you'll only just about be able to walk 😉
