The decor of their elegant new shop is delightful, from the moment you open those big solid doors, the centrepiece a spectacular glass bubble chandelier, surrounded by impressive and immaculate displays of the finest exclusively designed jewellery in Cyprus and in fact internationally, as Melekkis is now an international brand name with plans to expand worldwide in the future.
Family
Their children have followed in their footsteps; Youngest son Panayiotis and daughter Stavri qualifying in Gemmology & Jewellery Design in Italy and eldest son Alexandros in Jewellery Making … It’s truly a family business and btw, at Melekkis Jewellery you’re not just a client you’re a family friend.
Team Work
Together the team use the latest technology to exclusively design unique jewellery, all on display for your shopping pleasure. Specialising in hand made jewellery designs, created in their own workshops, and expertly crafted in 18k Gold and Platinum. There’s also many quality diamond pieces or an impressive selection of gemstones sold separately, and btw diamonds are one of their specialities so expect to find some very nice stones here. Naturally, they also have an extensive selection of precious and semi precious stones including; Opals, Topaz, Rubies, Emeralds, Sapphires and delectable Aqua Marine, to mention but a few.
Watches & Fine Timepieces
Studying in Switzerland in 1977, George holds a Masters Degree in Watchmaking, so you’ll appreciate he recognises fine timepieces. Representing Switzerland’s finest watchmakers, including top names like; Maurice Lacroix, Omega, Rado, Longines, Hamilton, Roamer and Calvin Klein. George also provides a first class watch service and repair, at crazy low prices and complementary to his clients of course.
PANDORA®
In the past Melekkis had a second shop specialising in Silver. Today they present their silver collection in Pandora®, firstly within the Melekkis Centre, specialising in pure silver jewellery designs and fine gifts. They also have their Pandora® collections in their Ayia Napa and Protaras shops, open 7 days a week in the summer season.

Melekkis Jewellers are happy to accept your old family jewellery to recreate into new modern and totally unique designs so that the person who gave you it will always remain close to you … Individual ideas and designs are created using 3D Technology, so you’ll be able to see the design before its hand made for you in their workshops.

At The Melekkis Centre, George and Eva also present six individual shops; one for fashionable ladies and one for stylish gents, and a really cool trendy kids clothes shop and the lovely ‘Elea’ full of Natural foods and traditional products from Cyprus.

If you’re in Protaras pop into their shop to have a look around, chances are one of the family will be there and it’ll be the first step in a delightful shopping experience. Alternatively, George is happy to arrange a complimentary chauffeured car to collect you from your hotel or home and take you The Melekkis Centre, and back with your new purchase, all part of their 5 Star Personal Service.
