Liquid Cafe Bar, Ayia Napa

Truly Unique
Without a doubt one of the most popular cafes in Napa, and in fact, it’s one of my favourite cafes in Cyprus … I think this spacious bar is one of the most modern and stylish bars in Ayia Napa.  It’s as popular with the locals as it is with the tourists, and you can see why as you walk in, with its comfy chill-out zones and dining areas, which are pleasant, minimalist, and decorated very classy, to say the least, and you’ll always receive a warm welcome by the friendly and professional staff.

Cool Ambience
It has such a cool ambience, that you’ll relax and unwind in no time.  The awesome sound system offers pleasant background music and their staff provide you with that traditional Cypriot hospitality that Cyprus is famous for.

Relax in Style
Out front, an open veranda where you can sit and watch the world go by or inside gorgeous comfy sofas where you can sit back and relax in style in the cool air conditioning during the long hot summers and warm n’ toasty during those chilly winter evenings.

All Day & Night
The bar is open from 9 am to 2 am, so you can pop in for breakfast, brunch, lunch, gorgeous coffees in the afternoon with a naughty slice of cake, maybe a romantic dinner for two, or just evening drinks and a catch up with friends, whichever you choose, this is an awesome place to go.  They provide a great menu from their hearty breakfasts to amazing platters or grilled main meals to amazing homemade desserts.

Just Coffee
With over 30 Coffee to choose from, hot or ice-cold, my fav has to be the Ultimate Chocolate Experience, The White Chocolate with orange and cinnamon just sooo Moorish, tbh the choice is endless! so check out their Menu here to see what I mean

Live Sports
If you’re looking for a place to watch the match, they show all your favourite sports events on their big TV screens or enjoy a game of pool while the ladies sit back and have a chat with a delicious cocktail or two, made with imagination to tantalize those taste buds and free Internet Access to all their customers.

Breakfast
Who doesn’t love a Traditional English Breakfast served with Tea or Coffee and Orange or Grapefruit Juice, but you can go for the healthy options or the Pitta Pockets a nice way to start the day …

Appetisers
What a choice, my faves the Brushetta Mozzarella served with Pesto and Sundried Tomatoes or the mind-blowing Flamed Prawns with Pernod Mushrooms finished in a Dill Cream Sauce, a mad combo of flavours!

Salads
If you fancy something light why not go for one of their delicious salads, the traditional Village Salad with a twist maybe, or if you prefer something a bit more fancy why not try the Bread Shell & Goat Cheese Salad, Baby Spinach, Rocket, Goat’s Cheese fried Halloumi, Pomegranate and Walnuts served in a Honey and Mustard Dressing in a brown Bread Shell … Just to die for!

Platters for Two or More
My fav to share … you must try the Platters for Two, with Shrimps, Chicken Wings, Spring Rolls, Fried Mozzarella Sticks, Tandoori Chicken, Prosciutto and Smoked Salmon served with Potato Dippers and a hot Cheese Salad Dip! Delicious is an understatement!!!

Sandwiches
Time for a quick snack? … Why not try their house special sandwich, the Liquid Sandwich with Bacon, Halloumi, Smoked Ham, Cheese, Tomato, Cucumber, Lettuce served in a baguette with French Fries and garnished Salad or the Mexican Traditional Nachos.

Grilled Dishes
I just love their steaks, with or without sauces but Diver Seafood with Fillet of Sea Bream, Red Mullet, Octopus, Squid and Mussels cooked with Olive Oil and Lemon served with a Greek and Hot Cheese Salad.  Or try their delicious grilled tender Lamb Chops flavoured with Balsamic Vinegar and served with grilled Egg Plant, another of my favourites!

Just a Snack
Now if any of those don’t take your fancy, they also serve Burgers, Pizzas, Fresh Italian Pasta, Pan-Fried dishes and the list goes on and on, tbh even their Smoothies are filling 😉

Desserts
Make sure you leave space for one of their desserts.  They serve delicious Crepes, Waffles, but the Pomegranate Forest Fruit Strudel and cream cheese served with Vanilla Ice Cream has to be one of my favs anywhere, next to their amazing selection of Ice Cream choose from the menu or make your own!

Behind the Bar
Well, you’re pretty much guaranteed to find your favourite drink … from a cool selection of Draught and Bottled Beers, Ciders and Alcopops, Wines, Spirits, long drinks, Sparkling Wines, Milkshakes and Ice Tea with flavour! oh, and of course as it’s pure chill out here there’s a fantastic selection of exotic flavours chilled with your favourite shot to share with your friends 😉

Cocktails
You just have to try one of their long drinks or cool exotic cocktails like their Exotic Paradise Punch Cocktail with Southern Comfort, Amaretto, Vodka, Grenadine, Pineapple, Orange and Lime Juice, served in a Pineapple shell, it’s delicious and as we’re already in Paradise this cocktail is very apt!, oh and the Gin Cocktails are just Mmm! and btw, they have really cool kids cocktails too …

Special
Enjoy your day or evening in the lavish surroundings of the Liquid cafe bar.
