Experience
Mia moved to Cyprus in 2013, first working as a Luxury Spa Manager and then for a property management company where she learnt very quickly, then added a few personal touches, before deciding to do it her way, the new way …
Variety
Mia currently manages 1, 2, 3 and 4 Bedroom, apartments and villas, in a variety of locations, sleeping up to 10 people, some with private swimming pools, one with a hot tub, lush gardens with kids play area, some with full luxuries and amenities, air conditioning in most bedrooms, kitchen, dining, living area and of course free Wifi, LED TV, Satellite TV picking up all the UK Channels, sports, news, music channels, and a DVD player.
Summer Homes
Mia’s portfolio is aimed at clients looking for a place for the summer, your second home, down by the sea, for 2 to 6 months, from around April to October. It’ll be your place, where you hold the keys, whether you want it for every day or just for the weekends or two week vacations a few times in the summer season and when I questioned her about out of season bookings, she said “of course we often have options available all year around”

Mia offers a variety of villas, at different prices according to how long you want them for, and their luxury facilities. They are situated conveniently near the centre of the tourist resorts of Kapparis, Pernera, Protaras, and Ayia Napa, and all very close to the coast on the Eastern side of the island, where you will find many stunning sandy beaches, a few voted the best in Europe.
Maintained
The Villas are meticulously maintained and outfitted by the owners, and in case of any emergency, you can phone Mia and she will often be able to help immediately or asap! Mia extends her services to show you around the house, read together the meters and answer any questions, requests or recommendations you may need.
Modern
The villas of course have cooking facilities, refrigerator with freezer and other electrical appliances including a washing machine … Rental rates cover all budgets, and are monthly, so for more information please send Mia a message … Mia said” tbh most of her clients just want to re-book the same place every year”
