Mia offers a variety of properties at different prices, according to how long her clients want them for, and depending on their luxury facilities, with the top residences fetching you a substantial income. She prefers that they are situated conveniently near the centre of the tourist resorts of Kapparis, Pernera, Protaras and Ayia Napa and must be close to one of the many stunning sandy beaches along this coastline.

The Villas must be meticulously maintained and outfitted by the owners, but in case of any emergency, Mia is always available to help immediately or asap!
