Truly Unique
It was the black cat that caught my attention, and then my uncontrollable curiosity that led me to meet Sherrellea, a truly passionate lady, who owns this truly wonderful business. Sherrellea is totally unique, every single piece is original, hand made, not second-hand, but bespoke aka Upcycle, each item, carefully created or expertly selected by owner and stylist ‘Sherrellea’, with many unique designs from all over the world, and btw, this lady is an extraordinary designer, so if you’re looking for something unique a meeting with her is highly recommended, and with prices ranging from €3 to €3,000 you’re bound to find something you like and within your budget.
In the Blood
Over a coffee, Sherrellea told me she’s always liked unusual things, probably something to do with her father who was very artistic, always creating, painting and decorating something, an electrical engineer by trade, in his spare time he used to relax by making things, oh, and her grandfather was a master draper, so it’s sort of in the blood, in the past she led a home styling team and worked for Laura Ashley in the UK, to mention but a few.
Furnishings
Sherrellea continued; “I always wanted to retire in Cyprus as we’ve been coming here for our holidays for over 40 years. I bought my flat in 2014, and I had problems furnishing it the way I wanted it, so I bought furnishings from all over the world and got in touch with an old friend that supplies original hand made gifts in the UK and some excellent local artists and I thought I’d follow my passion” … I believe Sherrellea has definitely added a new dimension to interior furnishings in Cyprus, ideas with style, for stylish people … btw, I love the black cat on her logo, it says it all !!!
