I was recommended to check out this excellent, innovative company, the name grabbed my eye and as I delved deeper, we caught up with the gorgeous Hadeel on a sunny afternoon at a lovely cafe on the quay of the new Limassol Marina. I had to ask why Strength & Spices? much as I soon found out the name says it all, Hadeel explained “we wanted to find a name that was down to earth and it sums it up” … perfect!

Over a lovely cappuccino Hadeel explained “my father Dr. Anabtawi, developed totally all-natural, even vegan, nutritional supplements, at affordable prices, personal service and now also fast delivery with exceptional results”. It all started some years ago, when for personal reasons Hadeel’s father needed to assist with memory loss as he grew older. Dr. Anabtawi aka Mo, has a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering but he’s very scientific, coupled with countless years of experience as a registered nutritionist, creating a formula of 23 natural ingredients that were blended together to create their Memory Booster.
