I first met Mido when he opened up on the Larnaca to Dhekelia Road back in 2018. A man of my heart, his business is adventure sports, opening his first watersports on the Red Sea in Hurghada, Egypt in 2004. He moved here 6 years ago, coz these days he’s a family man, looking for a better quality in life, so he’s keeping his feet on dry land or should I say quad bike pedals? Much as he goes back and forth to Egypt regularly!
Quad & Bike Rentals
In Larnaca, Mido’s primary services is Quad Bikes aka ATV’s, Buggy and Bicycle Rentals with 20 Quads for daily hire … choose either the CF Moto 450cc or the Sym 200cc Quads.

Requirements
You will need a full Type B Drivers Licence, passport and a €200 refundable deposit to rent one, after that everything is included, like helmets, maps, training and insurance, but naturally you’ll to pay for the petrol. In fact they won’t let you leave until they are sure you are trained and totally comfortable, as safety is their main priority … Then of course enjoyment comes a close second!
Quad Bike Safari

Tour 1
Naturally you’ll get full training, then you’ll be ready and fully loaded for some awe inspiring fun! With your guide ‘Alekos’, a local lad with extensive knowledge of the area, staying up front, you’ll venture through Voroklini, Kelia and Toulli villages and on to the bi-communal village of Pyla on the buffer zone … The trips are around 2+ hours and you can choose either the morning trip from 10am ’til 12.15pm ‘ish or 4 pm ’til 6.15 pm ‘ish, including 2 rest stops. Together you’ll cover over 50km of various terrains starting on the flat tarmac surface, then onto stone roads, up through the four villages. On the tour you’ll experience the natural Cyprus countryside, through mountainous trails, farm treks and country roads with stunning views and scenery that can only be achieved on a self driven quad bike and that you’ll never forget!

On 200cc Quad it’s €49 and for the 450cc Quad it €60
Tour 2
Maybe you fancy something a little more adventurous … This 5 hour plus tour will take you through Pyla on the buffer zone, then Xylotymbou, Troulli, Avdellero, Athienou, Kellia, and Oroklini villages … Starting from 10am ’til 3 pm, on the tour you’ll see some of the most incredible scenery that is seen by very few, and only achievable on a self driven quad bike. Their ATV Half-Day Village Tour takes you through beautiful villages, areas with both mountain and stunning sea views, covering close to 80km. During the ride you’ll have three stops for resting and to enjoy a mini meze lunch at a traditional Cypriot tavern, off the beaten track, which is included in the price … This is a cool trip for singles, couples or families and naturally helmets are provided and full training is given before you leave .
Tour 2 Cost
On 200cc Quad it’s €85 and for the 450cc Quad it’s €95, including Lunch.
