This amazing family boast four decades of DIY excellence. The site is spread over a 6500 square metres, in the heart of Paralimni, recently adding an extension to the showroom because they ran out of space. Interhome is absolutely everything you’ll need to make your house a home. Three dedicated departments make it easy to find what you’re looking for and if you can’t see it, the brilliant staff have always helped you find it and I’ve been shopping here for three of those four decades! … check out their profile Video here.
Bathrooms and Floors
To the left, creative displays of beautiful bathrooms, including delightful Porcelain Bath Tubs, showers and shower rooms, sanitary wear, tiles and ceramics. Specialising in importing a fantastic variety of quality tiles, ceramics and mosaics from Italy, Spain and Greece to mention but a few and to suit any budget, my favourite at the moment Butraco tiles of Vietnam. The yard out back has literally hundreds to choose from and of course the best tile adhesives and grout.
Fixtures & Fittings
There’s also a selection of quality taps, mixers, shower hoses and fixtures and fittings. I normally go here to get my plumbing accessories, tools, plastic pipes and drain pipes and if you’re lacking water pressure, they have a great selection of pumps for your needs.
Wood and Timber Yard
If you’re looking for wood this is where I usually buy mine, importing all types of wood including Beech, Oak, Teak, Pine, Cherry, Mahogany and Walnut, sold by the sheet or by the metre and all cut to size by their experts … with new varnishes by V33 for just the finish you’re looking for!
Take a photo
Specialising in hardwood decking, Marine Ply, Plaster Boards and carpenters’ tools and accessories. All you have to do is take a photo of what you want and where its going to go, give them the measurements and they’ll sort it out for you! … Absolutely brilliant service btw!
DIY Shop
The shop on the right is one of my favourites, here you’ll find top make interior and exterior paints including, Santex, Decofix, Crown, Chemopel and the latest editions; A huge range of V33 paints perfect for your kitchen. I just love this paint because you can even apply it direct onto melamine or ceramics.
Blending Technology
If you want something different they’ve got one of those computer controlled blending machines to get your colour absolutely spot on! … Again I’ve often just shown them a photo, explained what I want to do and they’ll tell me how to do it and they really know their trades … They also stock Car Paints & Car Care products
Decorative Finishes
If you’re looking for that extra special decorative finish to your walls, columns, doors, old chests, bathroom, shower, bedroom or lounge, inside or outside or wherever your imagination can take you. These decorative finishes by Italian Paint specialist ‘Valpaint’ are just a little bit different!
Professionals
Check out this application video of one of my favourite textures, ‘Forged Cement’ applied with a spatula brilliant! It’s a rough texture, two hands finished off with a varnish and when applied by professionals the results are Truly amazing.
