I was down on Protaras Bay for a swim, near the awesome Flamingo Bay Restaurant and noticed my good friend Costa on the new Coco King Kiosk up on the grass … I love the new hand carved, out of Palm tree, tables and chairs .. nice touch … Now you really have to try a Fresh Thai coconut full of goodness and energy or try one of their own unique slush puppies made from the juice and coconut flesh and crushed ice … I tried one and a nibble on the Ice cream and almost went for one of their special Pina Coladas made with and served in a coconut ! … next time 😉
