it must be contagious, coz everyone honks back . it's an awesome feeling !!

It's Orange Season in Cyprus so here's one of my favourite tantalizing recipes, I hope you try it …

There's festivals everywhere and closing parties and opening parties all over the place and we'll see a few more pubs, bars, cafes and clubs staying open, with many swinging towards the local market.  So if you get invited to any end of season or opening parties make sure you go ... it’ll be rude not to 😉

Christmas is as good an excuse as any to stock up on a few bottles of wine to accompany all that festive fayre.  Perhaps, if you are really lucky a loved one may even treat you to a bottle or case of your favourite tipple as a Christmas gift.  So, how do you go about storing it?

Happy New Year !!! ... It's January, my favourite month ! ... I really do love this time of the year, for many reasons ......

Of course, you have to love February, coz on the 14th it’s Valentine’s Day and it always makes me laugh when I watch the postman struggle to get my cards in the letterbox 😉 …  Naturally, there’s nothing quite like a little romance, especially on our Goddess Aphrodite’s Island of Love … So guys, pop into ...

Another reason is there’s a distinct lack of 5 to 16 year old’s on the beach, making room for the older crew, the party weathered lot, who really know how to party!  All the mature boobs are out on the beach, and why not?  The restaurants are in their element, as the Island of Love captures all those romantic couples, who’ll eventually end up getting married here, making Cyprus the number one place to get Wed in Europe!!!

I have to say, the panto was just amazing, the story a little different ? Maybe ?

One of the most impressive features of the Amathus Ruins is the Temple of Aphrodite, which I believe, was excavated in the 1980s.  The temple was a center of worship for the goddess of love and beauty and was believed to have been built in the 6th century BC.  The temple was adorned with beautiful sculptures and frescoes, many of which can still be seen today.

Accepting children from 3 months old up to 4 years old.  Barbara told me "we also offer an after-school program, where children from pre-schools until 10 years old are also welcomed".  "They can be collected from school via the Nursery's Mini Bus, served lunch and helped with their homework whether it's English or Greek! Snacks can also be provided for your children.  The areas covered for this service are all over Larnaca".
