Andreas confirmed that one of their more recent installations was indeed the complete Automation of the new, Kaliva Suites Ayia Napa, near one of Cyprus’ top beach bars, the fabulous and immensely popular Kaliva Beach Bar & Restaurant close to Ayia Napa’s Harbour. It’s all part of the wonderful Nelia Beach Hotel just in case you want to book.

The 8 high class and luxury junior suites are fully automated from your bedside table, don’t you just love technology? Andreas installed the discreet lighting and the automation by Only Smart Buildings in these 8 Luxury Suites. Everything in the room is fully automated, the blinds, the curtains, all the lights, separately, all at the touch of a key pad, on the way in and next to your bed … here’s a little look around one of the suites.

Andreas has been in the sound & light business for over 30 years, his reputation is irreputable, with an enviable portfolio, adding automation and acoustics and home cinema more recently. In fact I had the pleasure to work with Andreas for 2 years. I helped and watched many of his installations and all were made to the finest detail, including all appropriate control systems and their programming and these days, the installations are conducted by Andreas and his three sons making it a family business and btw, their after sales service is highly commendable!
