Good News
I recently bumped into an old friend Lambros for the first time in ages in the awesome shop ‘Basics’ in Paralimni. I love to hear a good news story and it seems since 2008 when Lambros launched Sunny Villas Cyprus he’s come a long way and he now has an enviable portfolio of villas and apartments for holiday and short term let.

His extensive selection of villas and apartments are all near the beach and are mostly in the much sought after areas of Protaras & Pernera, Cape Greco & Ayia Napa.
Humble Beginnings
I popped into their offices to ask Lambros how it all started … Lambros said; “At first I started by getting asked by friends to find them holiday properties in the Protaras area. I put my heart and soul into it, making sure if we needed a plumber or an aircon technician, they were there that day. If they wanted a Frape machine, I got them one, a computer so you can still work while on holiday, extra beds, high chairs for the kids, tumble dryers, even home visiting therapists and masseuse, in fact whatever they needed, they just had to ask!”
24/7
Lambros continued; “we offered a 24/7 Service, airport transfers, then a concierge, we offer traditional Cypriot hospitality and take our clients gifts and inevitably I become very good friends with my clients, in fact most of them have been repeaters for years”, he laughed as he said; “ha! if I’m invited I’ll even go and light the BBQ for them!”
Swimming Pools
Lambros told me “we gained a good reputation very quickly and we just built up our business from there; then we added practical villas that are pet friendly, with a private pool, communal pool, a ‘pool safety net’ if you’ve got toddlers and more recently heated pools for those winter months for a little extra cost, or if preferred we’ll find you a holiday let without a pool.
Bedrooms
The apartments are 1, 2 or 3 bedroom and the villas 2 to 7 bedrooms. All have full Wifi, washing machines, most have microwaves and some even have tumble dryers and a few also have disabled access & facilities. We also provide a regular sheet changing service and can even arrange a cleaner for you by request”.
Groups & Corporate Holidays
Lambros told me he has 4 Villas on one development for groups or big families that want to holiday together and often gets bachelor or hen parties staying, but if needs be, he can even arrange holidays on one complex for companies of up to 100 people, with advanced booking for larger groups recommended.
Booking
It couldn’t be easier, just go to the booking page on their Web Site browse the holiday villas and apartments and choose which ones you like. Most of Lambros’ holiday villas and apartments are in the much sought after Protaras, Pernera, Cape Greco and Ayia Napa areas on the East coast of Cyprus, but over the past 15 years he has built up an extensive list of contacts and varied portfolio, so if you are looking to holiday elsewhere all you have to do is ask and they’ll help if they can.

You really must look out for their current special offers when sometimes the out of season offers include Free Airport Transfers, Free Car Hire or Free Massage … Occasionally you’ll find he’s promoting one or two villas and if you mention you saw it on What’s On you’ll be in for some nice surprise.
