Sharen explained; "Each unique piece brings joy and inspiration to our world, designing our bespoke mosaics, large or small, with attention to detail and they are built to withstand our extreme climatic conditions, bringing permanent colour, texture and strength."   Sharen continued; my inspiration comes from each individual location, and it's surroundings, and Sharen obviously loves to work in the reproduction of ancient images, uniquely designing her mosaics and art pieces, and a visit to her workshop is an absolute must!

Individual artists from all over the world have come together to present this open air display of art also known as, A Symposium.  These artists have made great contributions to their field to present this splendid array of art which depict themes that are mainly influenced by Greek Mythology.

What started as a weekend gig, grew into a week long party, a week long pure rock festival, live bands on a big stage, and often in intimate venues, where you get a chance to grab a drink and socialise with like minded mates you've not seen since the last festival, as well as the band members who hang around the venues, along with the thousands of rock fans that started to follow Cyprus Rocks Festival over ten years ago ...

... with one of the longest dive seasons in the world and some of the most popular dive sites on the island due to clear, calm, warm water without dangerous currents and high tides.  It has a variety of natural features such as caves, canyons, and huge drop off's which are safely accessible even on the occasional rough day ... plus a couple of new wrecks environmentally sectioned off to encourage plants and marine life! I've known the infamous consultant chef Louis Papageorgiou since he opened Di Capilla Seaside Stories in 2005.  It was my absolute pleasure to interview him, without a doubt one of Cyprus' finest chefs, this guy is seriously on another level.  These days, he's writing a new chapter, purely by accident, in 2010 he met and partnered up with Savvas, a master of hospitality, whom I've known since his Napa days in 1993 ... and together they started a new story ...

... now evidently a team passionately dedicated to helping you learn!

The idea was to provide a hire service of all the basic necessities you might need while you're visiting Cyprus or when friends or family are visiting you.  I mean, sometimes you just can't pack the kitchen sink ... well don't worry they've got everything from baby cots to push chairs, and baby baths to mobility scooters, and well, you name it they'll have it, and if they haven't got it they'll find it for you ! Trust me, this is an awesome service !

Louise was on the 'You are Here Map' ... and directed us towards the country trail to the waterfalls ... this trail crosses the stream several times, now with wooden bridges to help, as last time I went, there were no bridges so you had to take your shoes off and get your toes wet ...
