I called in to catch up with Nick, the best barman in town, at the world famous Carwash Disco in Ayia Napa … I was a bit early for the madness so just a quick JD n Coke for old times sake … This place don’t really kick off til a bit later, except in July n August when they queue up bar street to get in … but you can’t not love this place, it’s just unique, retro décor, retro mix through n through coming out of the 70’s now swinging more to the 90’s with ‘everybody sings’ classics and the girls dance on the bars and the guys love it … The eminent resident DJ Trevor Moore is still mixing his favourite tunes as he has done here for over 15 years … even the DJ is retro lol …
