Pernera is one of my favourites resorts and Knight’s Bar and Restaurant is without doubt one of my fav bars ever, anywhere, it just does it for me! . I like a pub to be busy on the walls and here everywhere you look is memorabilia collected over the almost 30 years since Akis opened the bar, I think it was in 1987, my first time in Cyprus … He’s famous for his naughty blackboards, naughtier cocktails, and infectious smile 😉
Resident DJ has put together a lovely mix of sounds from the 60’s, 70’s, 80’s and 90’s and of course noughties but in here you get sight and sound! There’s a pool table and screens all over the place for all the live sports plus the occasional live band.
With naturally a huge repeat custom and new kings and queens discovering it every year … Add the increasing Cypriot market that just love good food and yep, its advisable to book a table.
Expect awesome food by Xenis, one of Cyprus’ top chefs and hospitality to the extreme from brothers Akis, Panicos, and George, oh and John who might as well be a brother and so to the rest of the crew … You’ll find them in the heart of Pernera …
