It was my first Christmas without kids since I can remember, so decided to let someone else cook … Invited by the eminent Frixos to join them at Blue Spice Restaurant in Pernera, I couldn’t resist …

Good food, served buffet style so you just helped yourself to anything, extra salmon for me please and the mixed Greek Cheese Mountain was just awesome, the beef pate OMG !!! just delicious … Followed by a Traditional Christmas lunch with three meats and all the trimmings oh not forgetting the Traditional Cypriot awesome hospitality from Frixos and all the crew at Blue Spice and Live Music by Matheos and Koullis, Guitar Bouzouki and lots of traditional tunes and a few carols

oh and btw, father Christmas arrived with prezzies, a copper on a chopper hmm … and he grabbed the mic and so did Frixos and so everyone danced more … a perfect Christmas Day … I hear they’ve already started to take bookings for next year …
