Cavo Maris Beach Hotel boasts 11 Eateries and Bars

International
Within the wonderful grounds of the multi award winning Cavo Maris Beach Hotel in Protaras, there’s such an extensive variety of bars, cafes, restaurants, cuisines and ambience and they’re not just for their hotels residents.  In fact they are fast becoming favoured by many locals.  So, I thought they deserved a separate article, just so I could tell you a little bit about them … My guide for the day was the eminent Alex Theodoullou who took me around the grounds to see each one.  There’s 11 bars and eateries scattered amongst the lush green lawns, fragrant gardens and palm trees, that drop all the way down to the idyllic sandy Nissia Bay, which means little island, and I can understand why everyone’s going and joining their ever increasing repeat hotel guests.

Starting of course with their newest addition to the resort, the gorgeous Traditional, ‘H Taverna’, serving Cypriot and Greek Cuisine.  Chose from a tasty selection from their à la carte menu for Lunch or Meze for Dinner … The ambience is traditional, local culture, the presentation from the chefs is meze with a twist! …

Stonegrill Restaurant

I love this idea … The Stone Grill Steakhouse is an excellent concept in dining, where you can cook your own steak, on a heated stone at your table … sort of Hot Stone BBQ Style … This method sears in all natural juices and nutrients, enhancing the full flavour and tenderness of your meal.  Stonegrill is recognised as one of the healthiest methods of cooking as all produce is completely trimmed of fats and no added oil or butter is used. This way of dinning enables you to enjoy a meal freshly grilled to personal taste, whether rare, medium, to well done.
