I’ve known Dora for almost thirty years, in fact, she helped me find my first home to rent back in 1993 and has helped many of my friends since then. Dora’s reputation is exemplary to say the least, so too her portfolio of properties, so I thought I’d grab the chance to catch up with her and husband Dipankar whilst she is helping us look for another new home …

Her portfolio is enviable, providing a national service, everything from apartments, houses and villas to buy or rent, to restaurants, bars and shops, currently including two on the strip in Protaras, one in the centre of Ayia Napa, plus there’s a few hotels for sale …

Dora also has land plots to build houses or apartments blocks on and many plots on the beach and near the beach to build that dream villa on and a several to build hotels on in and around the Protaras area too! … Now, I imagine that’ll be a good investment!
Brand new
Over a lovely coffee and some home made pastries Dora told me about a few properties in her portfolio. Working with leading Developers in the area Dora has many new builds including; 7 new 3 & 4 Bedroom Villas with private pools, in Ayia Triada, almost on the beach. Plus 8 lovely new 1 and 2 Bedroom apartments in Dherynia. Naturally she also has many apartments and villas, modern and traditional, for sale and for long and short term rentals.
Hotels
Dora showed me a couple of 3 & 4 Star hotels for sale on the east coast, one with 60 Rooms and another with 132 Rooms and 2 pieces of land with permission to build hotels on, one on the beach, the other near the beach, so if you are looking to make an investment in the hospitality world, I think these may suite you.
National
Her selection on the south east coast including the Protaras and surrounding areas is extensive to say the least. Over the years Dora told me she has built associations with many top developers and estate agents in Larnaca, Limassol, Nicosia and Paphos, so she is always in touch with what’s available throughout Cyprus … you can find what you want and move anywhere you want, all over Cyprus.
Commercial
Dora also has many contacts in the commercial side of estate agency and can find you a shop, office, business, or industrial unit to suite your needs.
