About the book
Mary’s experiences of cancer from age 8 to 15, presented through symbolism, metaphors, fantasy, sensitivity and a little humour, without any references to cancer or any other medical terms. The colourful book is illustrated by Dr. Stella Karageorgi, PhD in Arts, and History of Art. The book launch has been approved by the Cyprus Ministry of Education and Culture for distribution in schools.
Charities
Copies of the book are also being sent to non-profit organizations supporting children and adult cancer patients. More than 370 copies of the book have already been donated …
