Identical
I was invited by Rich to catch a band from the UK at Tipsy O’Turtle Bar in Pernera … I did a little research; Renowned for bringing Indie and Rock Anthems to life … The name made me think: another tribute band, how wrong could I be …
Carbon Copies
This four-piece band from the United Kingdom are best known for performing popular indie rock and alternative rock hits. Their repertoire features music from some of Britain’s best-loved bands, alongside well-known rock anthems from the international music scene.
Alternative
Their musical style embraces indie rock, alternative rock and contemporary guitar-driven music. Their setlists include songs by Arctic Monkeys, Oasis, The Killers, Kings of Leon, Sam Fender and Kaiser Chiefs, to mention but a few, appealing to audiences who enjoy energetic live music and familiar singalong favourites.
Pub Style
As a live covers band, Carbon Copies focus on bringing familiar songs to the stage, making their performances suitable for pubs, bars, parties and live-music events.
On The Rock
This was one of their notable advertised performances at Tipsy O’Turtle in Pernera, on 19 September 2026, where they were scheduled to perform an evening of indie and rock favourites, followed by a DJ set. This event highlights the band’s ability to bring their UK live-music sound to international audiences.
