What's On Cyprus

… One of the things I like about this 'Touristic accommodation' is their central position, just 300 metres walk from the square in Ayia Napa.  It's a small complex, with only 14 spacious, studio and 1 bedroom apartments with kitchenettes, but no pool, or cafe, but that's not a problem because you're just 50 metres from a mini supermarket, tavernas, bars and amenities and the sea is just a few minutes away.

Standing tall and proud on the left of Ayia Napa Harbour is the biggest, most stunning, luxurious yacht on the quay, and we were invited by my very good friend Mike for their Sunset Cruise.  We recently made it on board and I must say, my first impressions were, wow! This boat is definitely the most luxurious yacht on the harbour!

The development was built in 2008 by a reputable local developers ... They are ideally situated in the Pernera area, which tbh is one of my favourite mini resorts in Cyprus, it really has everything, from local supermarkets, plenty of eateries of every cuisine from traditional to Mexican and several excellent bars, including one which boasts one of Cyprus' best chefs ... oh, several beaches are walking distance and a couple of them rated in Europe's finest beaches not to far away ... and in between the two resorts the national park of Cape Greko waiting to be discovered above and below the waterline ...

This wide bay is just awesome at sunset and a dream during the day ... Crystal clear, shallow and often calm waters, it's one of the locals favourites ...

Improvements in bus services have been exemplary in the past decade ... from inner city to city to city !!!

I have been more than happy with their service for 20 years! And not just to buy their own brand Ink and Toner Refills, but good quality, reliable brand name Printers, Laptops, Phones, Tablets, Computers, Peripherals, Headphones, Sat Nav, and even General Office Supplies, like Paper, Cello tape, Paper clips, and The latest 3D Printing, and much, much more ...

If you are looking for real, quality pottery by professional and traditional artists this place is definitely worth a visit !

The Black Pearl's adventure glides you along the rugged coastline towards Cape Greco.  Hoisting the colours, Captain Jack Sparrow, Sweet Bonnie and all the other gorgeous pirates, who will get you in the mood, making pirate flags and dressing you up and teaching you some pirates facts and some pirate lingo ... and you'll even learn the Pirates Oath ... ho ho ho, and a bottle of Rum!

It was the name that first caught my eye, of course, the location, almost on Nissi Beach, then, the pink sofa, the layout almost identical to my flat, so I had to find out more ... I caught up with the wonderful Eva for a chat, and as soon as I found out they'd bought this apartment from plan, I knew I'd found something special ...

Larnaca is Cyprus' Hub ... It's just a short car ride from all the major cities except Paphos ... Make sure you check it out !
