Another thing I love about this company is its commitment to presenting Cyprus at 3 or 4 exhibitions a year in the UK, normally Manchester, Birmingham, London, or Ascot … The team is available to help your buying journey and answer all your questions, offering guidance on areas, needs, and suitability tailored for you and your family.
Settling In
To them, after-sales includes helping you settle into your new home and its environment, especially if you’re moving here from abroad. With assistance on things like; nearby schools, shopping, buses, and other amenities, with many associates and contacts ready to help and sound advice always at hand.
International Team
The other thing that’s different is the team of 10 are all ladies, ‘purely by accident’, I’m reliably informed by Sarah who said, “It just sort of happened” … truly international, the team includes English, Polish, Romanian, Russian, Serbian and Cypriot speaking staff.

As part of the service, the team has developed an awesome network in the area, offering a selection of lawyers, accountants, immigration, and other specialists, not to mention good advice where needed. Then they can put you in touch with professional and reliable builders, decorators, and home improvement companies. They have weekly staff meetings so that the whole team knows exactly everything they need to about every property, inside out, and are completely up to date on the legal aspects of purchasing property in Cyprus.
First Class Service
What I like most about this estate agent is the ‘Extremely Transparent’ tag they’ve developed from trust and pricing to the way they’ll point out the bad points along with the good ones. I love the extra effort they put into each property, checking on title deeds, and building permits and keeping close ties with local authorities so that they pretty much know everything about each property on their books.
