Eating Out

New Date for Christmas Market @ Ayia Thekla, Sotira

This market is an annual event for one day only, which this year falls on Saturday 24th November 2018 from 10 am 'til 3 pm and as always it will be a day of fun, shopping and a enjoying a little bartering and a great chance to do most of your Christmas Shopping at really low prices.  oh and don't forget to bring the kids to meet Santa !!!

Mr. Souvlaki, Pernera

When the boys called me to tell me they're opening a traditional BBQ shack in Pernera, I was excited to say the least ... you know, there's absolutely nothing like a traditional Cypriot Kebab, it's almost indigenous to Cyprus. That forgettable aroma of fresh pork or chicken, finely dusted with oregano and sea salt, slowly cooking over real wood charcoals is unforgettable, and the flavours at Mr. Soulvlaki are tantalising to say the least ...

Asian

The Asian style of dining has only really grown over the past twenty years, starting I think with Chloe's Chinese in Paphos and The Raj Indian...

Mojito Bar & Grill, Pernera

... They definitely don't sell fast food here, they sell really good food as fast as they can and the menu is truly international, carefully prepared by Emma, ably assisted by 5 top chefs, headed up by Gavin and Andrew who conjure up a menu of international culinary delights to suite absolutely every taste, using only fresh local produce and imported delicacies ... and whatever you do you really must leave some room for dessert, or just go for desserts ... mmmm!

Sirena Bay Beach Bar & Restaurant

... some with a cultural twist, tbh these days, at Sirena Bay, you should expect the unexpected !

Indian

Indian is probably my favourite cuisine and I'm happy with the selection here ...

Malmia Pub, Protaras

One of the most popular bars in Protaras, staying open all year, it's British style with traditional Cypriot hospitality and great pub grub !

Malthouse Beer & Food, Protaras

Launched by the owner because of his passion for good food and rare beers !

To Nissiotiko Taverna, Protaras

They serve traditional Cypriot cuisine or as Artimaki says ''pure horthiatiko'' or village style in English, and the food is always made fresh, so it'll take at least 20 minutes to be served, but let me just say; its worth every minute !

Pig ‘N’ Whistle Pub & Restaurant, Kapparis

It's a pub with British style, an awesome crew, a relaxed ambience, and a great place to eat traditional pub grub with a twist oh, and an awesome place to watch all the live sports ... It's like home from home even if you're on your own ! ... What else do you need from a pub?
