I was delighted to be invited to find out more about this exceptional, luxury chocolate manufacturing company.  Established in 1990 by Constantinos' father Stavros.  Their story is almost as lovely as their chocolate tastes ... omg!  Constantinos made me very welcome as we talked about how it all started ...

I'd heard that the delightful Kaliva Suites in Ayia Napa are totally automated.  The installation by my very good friend and ex-boss Andreas Demetriou.  So, as Home Automation is fast becoming very popular in many homes and businesses around the world, I popped into have a chat with Andreas of DJS Professional, Light, Sound & Automation in Paralimni to find out more ...

Andreas installs probably the best sound, light and automation equipment money can buy and to say he's a perfectionist is an understatement ... btw, you've probably been listening to his sound equipment and looking admiringly at his architectural lighting designs without even realising it!  Because, his work is evident in many restaurants, bars, cafes, hotels,  nightclubs, retail outlets, boat cruises and private homes from Paralimni to Paphos and everywhere in between ... Emily has an obvious passion for fashion, much as it was more of a hobby in her early days, somehow it's just evolved, you know, to some people being able to select the right items, designs and colours, comes naturally, but of course matching them together is the art of a stylist ... her selection, wonderful combinations, original designer wear, a touch above the rest, in quality and value and here you'll find fully trained staff with excellent styling abilities!

I’ve often watched Jenny completely change people in a few minutes … it is quite amazing what a good quality hairpiece can do to make you look like someone new or maybe you just want to surprise someone, either way, a visit here will suffice … oh, and btw Jenny has a few selected summer clothing designs and sandals and not many people know this; she contributes considerable amounts of her profits to Children in Need in African … an absolutely amazing woman !!!

... her idea was to gather together a selection of gifts from small Cypriot companies, preferably handmade and handcrafted gifts, unusual, unique and original ... she makes up your hampers and boxes herself and above all Irene loves to help make people happy ... I liked that bit!

It must be said that the garage was originally opened by dad, Michalis back in 1976 ... so Anninos grew up with greasy hands ... going on to excel in his studies, he's highly qualified with two degrees in Automotive Engineering, the first in Teesside University from 2010 to 2015 whilst working with Mercedes and BMW and later in Nicosia where he enhanced his Diagnostic qualifications ... in 2009 Anninos re-juvenated his fathers garage workshop with all the latest diagnostic testing equipment with just one goal, to be the best tuning garage workshop in Cyprus ... and it looks like he's well on target!

Over 40 years experience in key's, locks, immobilizers and safes, for cars, homes and commercial properties, from letting you in to keeping you out ... this company is definitely worth a call ...
