I've been eating here since they opened and its definitely one of my favourites. These days they're swinging towards a Wine Bar Ristorante, combining a modern family atmosphere in a minimalist design setting, it's cool and breezy through the summer and warm and welcoming in the winter with one of the best kitchens in Cyprus!

This impeccable Wine Bar & Cafe, serves the finer things in life, just about the best coffee you'll taste anywhere in Cyprus.  Complementing your selection of over 300 different quality wines with signature Fruit, Meat or Cheese Platters, introducing you to imported cheeses from all over the world, maybe with a little marmalade, hmm, trust me, you won't find this selection anywhere else, oh, and freshly baked bread and breadsticks and btw, you really must try the new Charguterie, French-based Mixed Meat Platters plus of course everyone's favourite, the freshly made Sushi and some spontaneous finger foods encompassing the trend towards the healthy living options.

It's a pub with British style pub, with an international clientele, an awesome crew, a relaxed ambience, and a great place to eat traditional pub grub with a twist oh, and an awesome place to watch all the live sports ... It's like home from home even if you're on your own! ... What else do you need from a pub? Your favourite tipple, they've probably got it!

It's a picturesque setting, with the restaurant literally on the riverbank, overlooking the fishing shelter, on the estuary of the Liopetri River aka 'Potamos', with stunning views stretching all the way to Cape Greko.  Inside, traditional, comfortable seating, fresh fish fridges, old photos on walls, and outside on the terrace with decking, where their two fishing boats are docked, seating for around 150 diners, lined with umbrellas for a little shade, and with the sea just a few metres away. you couldn't find a more perfect setting to eat fish!  btw, Haris and Margaritas' grandfather Nicolas opened this delightful beachside location in Potamos 50 years ago, so all the local fishermen could enjoy their days' catch, and btw, they still do.

... Let's say Dr. Feelgoods Beach Bar Ethics were spot on and Zilly smashed it, everybody loved him and I've just had good news that he'll be there every Saturday afternoon through the Summer ...

... Inside you will find everything you would expect from a bakery including milk, fresh breads, Bulgarian and Cypriot pastries, Croissants, Bulgarian Sausage Rolls, amongst other sweet and savory goodies ...

I popped into Bronx in Ayia Napa to find out what everyone is talking about ... There's this new idea 'Alcohol Mist', it's vapourised Alcohol saved into Balloon, so instead of taking in Gas, you take in Vapourised Alcohol, and that gives you a really nice buzz which apparently wears off in about 45 Minutes .... and it's totally legal, and of course, I had to try one ;) ... I gotta say its well cool!

I asked Solomos for the reason behind their success, and he said "for us everything we do is unique, we give our best to assure each guest leaves here happy", even if all you want is a coffee, afternoon drink, share an exotic flavour, or a little snack, while you watch the match on one of 7 big TV screens.

George showed me around the grounds explaining; "You can learn so much about marine life here, and rivers and swamps and the Penguins, the first ever in the Mediterranean region, naturally kept comfortable in the appropriate climate controlled environment".  Just watching one of their videos I amazingly learned that all Gold Fish don't have stomachs, so they have to keep eating, which means you should feed them small amounts 5 times a day, probably why I was never successful keeping one, but now I know!

It's deceiving from the outside, 'Tardis' like, comes to mind, as inside you'll find about 7,000 different labels, everything from postcards to booze and puffs, chocolates, drinks and munchies, to all your basic groceries and fresh fruit and veg, oh, Suntan Lotions and Beachwear, Body Boards and Buckets & Spades, and they're open 24/7, 365 Days a year ... now that's what I call 'convenient' and just what you'll need ;)
