So I asked Christos, How did it all start?;  He said "Cars have always been in my blood I used to finish school and go home and fix cars ... They specialise in importing foods from UK, Poland, Bulgaria and Asia.  So, great choices in sauces and ingredients and even Basmati rice by the 20 Kg sack for crazy cheap prices.

What's so special about these designs, is the hydraulic reclining system added to the designs of these chairs and sunbeds.  Taking a seat on the first set, a 6-seater, dining table, I have to say I was very impressed at how smooth the high-back seat reclined with just a push of the button.

I've always thought that when buying meat, it's best to buy from a local butcher.  I'm not really sure why, but it just seems to make sense, and to be honest, this butcher personifies my theory.  And the fact that they are usually busy shows that many locals, restaurant owners, and top hotels agree … in fact, most of my culinary friends tell me he's the best butcher around, and until I find someone as good, I have to agree!
