I just love this luxurious accommodation located on the quiet side of Protaras.  I asked Larisa to tell me more ... I've had the pleasure to work closely with this impeccable hotel since 1993.  To be honest if you ever stay here, there's a very good chance you'll go back!  I think its because it's still a family run hotel, with many of their staff staying long enough to be family and its without a doubt regarded as one of Cyprus's finest hotels.  In fact, they were recently awarded a Trip Advisor Travelers' Choice Award for 2021 to add to an ever increasing impressive list of awards over the years.

I met with Alexandra in Cafe Central, and over a delicious cappuccino I asked her to tell me more, starting with why my cappuccino was so good?  She smiled and said, "We selected Robusta coffee beans, from southern and central Africa, because it's an international multi-award winning coffee, with a woody, spicy, slightly bitter taste, that we preferred over Arabica" ... oh and just wait til you see the menu ...

... It was built to be a 5-star accommodation, so a tad more spacious, but it's run as a 4-star, a tranquil escape from the excitement of Ayia Napa.  And, it's owned by the hands-on, charismatic, Pantelis of Liquid Café and Sage Fusion Restaurants fame, those in the know will understand it's inevitable this hotel can only be first class.
