I am delighted to introduce you to The Lordos Group of Hotels as I've worked closely with their 3 hotels and indeed the Lordos family since 1993.  They are without a doubt one of Cyprus' leading companies and their 3 hotels certainly excel when it comes to location, comfort, and hospitality.  Each hotel with its own specific features, each hotel unique in its own way, all ideally situated in perfect locations, pretty much, right on the beach!

I met Daniela at The Cyprus Bar Show in Kapparis, and when I found out she had recently bought one of my favourite eateries 'Cinnamon Lounge Bar' at the 100+-year-old Mansion aka Shongas Inn, in the heart of Deryniea Village, I just had to find out more.  So we arranged a meeting and over a delicious coffee I was more than pleasantly surprised, this lady is on another level ...

Recently passionately refurbished to boutique style by this wonderful couple, Maria and Doros, who have created a unique accommodation that depicts tranquillity and relaxation to a tee ... one bedroom apartments and studios, available for long or short stay and the whole top floor, with panoramic sea views available for purchase with title deeds ...

Over a lovely coffee, Trish explained, “We absolutely love our job, because we get a buzz out of helping people find just what they want, after all, it's a big moment in our clients' lives".    Trish continued, "First of all, we like to make sure everything is in order to sell the property, and our success is built around our honesty.  We are 100% transparent and don’t hide anything from the buyer.  If the property has faults, we will point them out!!  And then we offer solutions on how to put them right, having built solid relationships over the past 18 years with local companies that we can trust and recommend".

I've watched as this hotel has appropriately become one of Cyprus' leading holiday and off season sports accommodations ...

Favoured equally by our locals as too our international visitors, The Golden Coast Beach Hotel is the perfect place to relax and unwind, as you watch the stunning Cyprus sunrises looking east, over the tranquil, sheltered Mediterranean Sea! Eight Restaurants and Bars make it hard to choose which one to savour the flavours of the world! Whilst their facilities and activities are enviable!

What I like most about this estate agent is the 'Extremely Transparent' tag they've developed from trust and pricing to the way they'll point out the bad points along with the good ones.  I love the extra effort they put into each property, checking on title deeds, and building permits and keeping close ties with local authorities so that they pretty much know everything about each property on their books.
