Chloe’s was one of the first Chinese Restaurants in Cyprus and was owner Efthivoulos Panagiotou’s dream … I remember meeting him when Chloe’s was just a little cafe, somewhere to read a book and buy some bric-a-brac …
Travelling to Learn
To achieve his aim, the design team went to the country of Mandarins and studied in depth the aesthetic approach of the Chinese restaurants, in China … So Efthivoulos guarantees that Chloe’s Harbour offers a genuine Chinese experience that remains unforgettable to his guests.
Menu
On the extensive menu you’ll find a cross section of regional cooking with a lean towards Mandarin. 6 exemplary Chinese Chefs continuously change the menu allowing you to taste the many variations of Chinese cooking … enhancing the flavours by using only fresh ingredients from local suppliers and importing those irreplaceable unique Chinese
ingredients … blending them traditionally and presenting them impeccably.
Regional influences
I love the menu which explains the recipes and regional influences, the free Chinese horoscope booklet and the interior design which is traditional, with spacious comfortable seating, separate small rooms for a little privacy, banqueting rooms for up to 50 people, and the view overlooking the harbour through beautifully etched glass windows is breath taking … and the overall ambience will just carry you all the way into the east.
Beijing Duck
You really must try the Spare Ribs with sweet chilli sauce, the Fried seaweed, the Mango Chicken, the Fresh Sea Bass is just delicious and omg the Braised king prawns, but my favourite has to be the Beijing Duck in light pancakes with Hoi Sin sauce and trimmings, that we leave you licking your fingers as well as your lips.
Cava
Enhance your visit and make sure you check out the delightful walk in cava, it’s awesome! with a selection of over 200 international wines to compliment your meal, even if you have very exclusive tastes.
Take Away
With special offers at lunch time they welcome corporate events, private parties and weddings with set menus for 10 or more people and wonderful buffet presentations and a Take Away service is available.
