Launching this, the first in a group of exclusive hotels in 1979, The Lordos Beach Hotel ranks high as one of the most prestigious 4 Star hotels on the island. It’s now one of three hotels owned by The Lordos Group of Hotels, that I’ve had the pleasure to work with since 1993. Standing proud on centre of Larnaca Bay Beach, on the South East coast of Cyprus, just 15 minutes’ drive from Larnaca airport. Perfectly placed for touring, the Elegant Lordos Beach Hotel is on the eastern side of Larnaca, aka the Hub of Cyprus, because it’s just 10 minutes’ drive to Larnaca’s city centre and a little over 20 minutes’ drive from the award-winning beaches of Ayia Napa, 30 minutes from our Capital Nicosia and 40 minutes from our capital on the coast, Limassol.

Facilities
A full animation programme is available with regular events and live music. On the terrace, you can choose from 4 cascading outdoor lagoon style swimming pools just 10 metres from the beach surrounded by mature tropical gardens with a pool bar, eateries and ample sunbeds. There’s Tennis Courts and on the beach there’s an excellent water sports and as a family hotel, they’ve got a Kids Club with a daily programme and activities … btw, the Kids’ Playground is really cool!

Dinning is a wonderful experience here, whatever your diet, with a selection of 5 Restaurants and bars set within the hotel and it’s grounds, especially overlooking the mature gardens that flow down to the beach just 50 metres from the hotel.

Serving Breakfast and Lunch, choose A’ la Carte or from a delightful array of buffets and tasty afternoon snacks. It opens out to a sheltered poolside patio, making the Atlantis Restaurant a first choice to relax and enjoy breakfast, overlooking the pool and Mediterranean Sea.
Oceanis Restaurant
Open Daily: 6.30 pm ’til 9.30 pm
It’s name synonymous with the stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea over Larnaca Bay. It’s comfortable and elegant, with classic décor, lots of mahogany and period brass as it’s the hotel’s formal evening restaurant offering à la carte and table d’hôte dinning.
In the Kitchen
The hotel’s chefs conjure up an extensive variety of Cypriot, French and International cuisines served buffet style with theme nights that’ll let your taste buds explore the flavours of the world. Complementing the menu, an excellent Cava of Cypriot and European Wines, the service exceptional, making your dining experience absolutely perfect!
Poseidon Beach Bar
Open Daily: 10 am ’til 6.30 pm
Perfectly nestled in between the hotel’s swimming pools and the aqua blue Mediterranean Sea. The Poseidon Beach Bar even offers a casual, relaxed service from the comfort of your sunbed. Open throughout the day during the long summer season, offering a selection of fresh snacks that are made to order, plus hot or cold beverages, complemented by a chilled-out ambience.
Sirens Bar
Daily: 8 am ’til 12.30 am
This wonderful lounge bar is everyone’s favourite place to enjoy their favourite drink, while relaxing in a warm ambience. The bartender’ never forgets a face, or in fact your favourite drink! … It has a welcoming, cosy atmosphere, somewhere to meet your friends, enjoy an afternoon tea, maybe a pre-dinner cocktail and then of course after dinner drinks. Every night their resident musicians will entertain you with live music events and a variety of exciting shows in the summer season, and live sports events on the big screens.
Sirens Sundeck Resto

Sirens is their outdoor sundeck observatory providing a unique setting with a casual ambience to enjoy your favourite drink or an exotic cocktail under the stars overlooking the midnight blue Mediterranean Sea. Dress casual smart and enjoy an A’ la carte menu with a lovely kid’s menu too.
