I was trying to find out a bit more about the rules and red tape of residents from the UK and third-world countries moving to Cyprus and was highly recommended to meet Antigoni. Over a lovely coffee, Trish explained, “we absolutely love our job, because we get a buzz out of helping people find just what they want, after all, it's a big moment in our clients' lives". She continued; "First of all, we like to make sure everything is in order to sell the property, and our success is built around our honesty. We are 100% transparent and don’t hide anything from the buyer. If the property has faults we will point them out!! And then we offer solutions on how to put them right, having built solid relationships over the past 18 years with local companies that we can trust and recommend".
