my first impressions when I walked through the door, was wow this looks professional, the quality stands out, the rustic, warehouse feel with high ceilings and cool lighting. A warm welcome from Constantinos,, plenty of room, out front about 250 square metres of Wines & Spirits mixers and soft drinks, out back more than 150 Beers from around the world including Belgium, Germany, Holland, Czech Republic, Spain, Mexico, Japan, Cyprus and of course the UK!
Solar Solutions Cyprus This shop on the high street in Dherynia is perfect for Cyprus ... well we all live here because of the sun,...
Deceiving from outside, it's an awesome 100 year old house, converted into an amazing, busy, bar and restaurant with ten rooms on three floors, providing an awesome eating out experience that you've probably driven past a hundreds times, but behind all those hedges, you'll find a really cool covered garden area with a smaller uncovered area. Inside it's all wood and benches, comfy chairs, side lights and candles, set on two more floors, which separate off into bars, lounges and little cubby holes, each with at least one TV screen and there's even a separate Pool and Games Room and a kitchen that doesn't close 'til 12 midnight ...
... some with a cultural twist, tbh these days, at Sirena Bay, you should expect the unexpected !
Cyprus has that mysterious Ora that attracts artists like no other ...
Start off with the Monkey Jump, a simple 6 ft platform leap ... slip down the Curvy Water Jungle Slide ... step it up onto the Monkey Bounce a small trampoline then a little more extreme with the Gorilla Bounce, a 12 ft high trampoline into the Med ... The Tarzan Swing is my fav ... and if you wanna be brave, dive off the Gorilla Jump, a 14 ft high platform, that's high enough for a double somersault !!!
This is the live gig venue of Savino Rock Bar, one of the oldest and most famous bars in Cyprus ... btw, they're just as famous for their hospitality as they are their live rock gigs, so this place gets rammed for every event !
To some it must have seemed a crazy idea to invite renowned jazz artists from England to a border area of Cyprus and so far up the West Coast, the Paradise Jazz Festival took off immediately and was loved by the audience from the very beginning, first by the British ex pats of the area, and then then by the musicians from Cyprus, Netherlands, Bulgaria, Greece, Israel, oh and then by all island's nationalities, giving it a truly international image!
... The tunes are still Decades of Dance, but now they're fused with a blend of EDM and Club Anthems!
... become a Shepherd for a while taking the herd out to graze, then going on an amazing nature walk, Archery, Kayaking, Horse Riding plus much much more, it's a fun day out for both kids and grown ups !
