Located in the business centre of the city of Limassol just 500 metres from the beach, that pretty much runs 5 miles along the south west coast. All the apartments were designed and built as holiday rentals, spacious, 1 and 2 bedroom, self catered city apartments, contemporary in style, furnished with taste, designed as holiday rentals, with all the necessities and comforts you’d expect including a gorgeous roof garden with sun loungers, so all you’ll need to remember is your tooth brush.
Quiet
The Apartments are in the quiet part of town but close by are lots of cafe’s, restaurants, wine bars, convenience stores, bakeries, shops and pharmacies. Just a short walk is the old port, the new port a little further and all those gorgeous old buildings in old town, converted into lovely eateries, wine bars and exclusive designer shops.

Whether you prefer a more sophisticated family holiday, you’re on business trip, honeymoon, weekend break, or your traveling solo, or maybe just on a shopping trip with the girls, these apartments are a perfect choice during your stay in Limassol. Dena offers a first class service, handing the keys to you personally and giving you a full tour of the apartment and the neighbourhood if you wish. The apartments are ideally situated for families, group of friends, solo travellers and business travellers who want to see Limassol from a locals perspective.
