Traditionally Irish
This is without a doubt, one of Paphos’ finest Bars. It’s a traditional Irish Bar, so authentic, all the furniture was crafted in Ireland and imported to Cyprus. Lots of dark, warm wood, really comfy seating, benches and stools, cottage cabinets and red brick. They’ve recently had a complete revamp inside, there’s plenty of room, a nice covered smoking room, and a lovely breezy sun terrace out front with comfortable seating, it’s just like you’ve walked into a bar in Dublin, but a little bit warmer!
Well stocked bar
Naturally, they pull an awesome pint, with ten beers on draught including of course an ice-cool Guinness, not to mention creamy Caffrey’s, sparkling Magners and local beers. They also have a massive selection of bottled beers and imported spirits served by the shot, or bottle, oh and, the mixologists blend cocktails like no other; must-tries include the ‘P.S. I Love You’, the Mojitos are tantalizing and their delicious Frozen Cocktails, soooo Moorish!
Food Menu
You’re really in for a treat, coz they refreshed the Menu a couple of months ago … btw, O’Neills are famous for their Cordon Bleu style pub grub and you’ll find an extensive selection to suit all tastes. My favourites over the years include their legendary O’Neills Burgers, and the Pepper Burger is just a taste bud explosion. You must try their spectacular homemade pies, they just melt in your mouth, my favourite is the Steak & Guinness, omg! just perfect!
Breakfast
Let’s start with a good old English Breakfast with 2 eggs, back bacon, Cumberland sausages, hash browns, grilled tomato, toast and tea or coffee for just over a fiver … The omelettes, are really fluffy, made with 3 eggs and a choice of fillings, served with chips or wedges or if you’re on a healthy streak, you must try the Healthy Breakfast, a dish of Granola, Greek yoghurt and local honey Mmm!
Brunch
The Sandwich & Wrap Platters are an excellent way to share your start to the day. My favourite is definitely the Steak, Onion & Cheese sandwich, but they also do Platters to share; Just Meat, Sausage, or Cheese Platters, with trimmings to compliment and of course a Combo if you wanna mix it up. But, there’s a huge variety of snacks from around the world and the chefs are just wizards, so you’ll probably have to go back more than once.
Grills & Roasts
Specialising in Grills, Fillet, Rib Eye or Tomahawk Steaks and trust me, if you’re a Steak lover the Garlic Steak is just to die for!, but if you’re hungry go for the Tomahawk Steak it’s huge! … They also serve delicious New Zealand Lamb Chops, Marinated Pork Chops, Chicken Kebabs and if you can’t make your mind up, The Surf & Turf is highly recommended … Btw, I’ve enjoyed several Sunday Lunches here, always a family atmosphere and it gets busy so it’s advisable to book. Oh, and on that note the Giant Yorkshire Pudding with sausage, mash & gravy, is just a wonderful alternative to Sunday Roast.
Fish & Seafood
If you’re into seafood you’re going to love it here. Starting with the Chilli & Garlic Prawns, so hard to resist, so too the Sweet & Smokey Grilled Salmon Fillet, OMG!!! … but if we’re sharing I’ll normally add a plate of Garlic Mussels because the creamy white wine sauce is just perfect to dip those wedges in! … oh, and if you really love fish, the Sea Bass is just perfect!
Specials
I have to say, the whole menu is pretty special but these choices are extra special … The Steak & Guinness Pie is just to die for, the Beef Fajitas offering their Mexican twist, a Rack of Beef Ribs that’ll leave you licking your fingers as well as your lips, The Chilli Con Carne and The Pork Medallions, are just yummy!!!
Nibbles & Kids
There’s a separate kids menu so they’ll be happy bunnies! Most little’ns favourites are the Mini homemade Pizza & Chips, the Spaghetti Bolognaise or spoil them with the Crispy Mozzarella Sticks and the Spicy Chicken Wings or the Chicken Goujons served with BBQ sauce or the Fajitas or Nachos, all finger-licking good.
Afters
Make sure you save room for dessert, coz the Lava Cake with white and dark chocolate is definitely death by chocolate! But the Hot Apple Pie and custard, just irresistible! Seriously, this is one of the best eateries in Cyprus! … Check out the Full Menu.

They’ve got 14 huge TV screens all over the pub so you’re bound to catch all the live sports, Premier League, Champions League and especially the international games when the atmosphere in here gets electric!
Live Music
With regular entertainment, O’Neills is renowned for its live music performances. Every Thursday and Sunday in the summer and every Friday or Saturday in the winter, with a great cross-section of music from Rock to Retro and lots of special events.
