Decades
I’ve known Sara for over 22 years, moving here in 1997 from the UK, with extensive experience in the property management industry in Cyprus. You can expect to find a first-class service and very carefully selected privately owned properties for long-term rental. Most have been lovingly furnished by the owners and are situated in the popular areas of Ayia Napa, Ayia Thekla, Dherynia, Protaras, Kapparis, Paralimni, and Larnaca.
Transition
I recently got together with Sara to chat about her transition from the old days, originally providing property management and maintenance services, aiming more at short-term holiday rentals … Sara said, “We are seeing that investment into Cyprus is increasing rapidly and we now offer a full range of services, under the banner of long-term Property Management”.
Tennant Liason
Sara continued, “We currently manage carefully selected, mostly furnished, Apartments, Villas, and Commercial properties for long-term rental in the Ammochostos area, which includes Ayia Napa, Dherynia, Paralimni, Protaras and Larnaca. We take the worry away from the owner, specifically those who don’t live in Cyprus, starting with communication with the tenant, to making sure the property is well-maintained. Naturally, we are always looking for new properties to add to our portfolio, and we also offer a 24/7 Emergency Call Out service.
Maintenance Reports
Sara said, “Looking after the rented property, or especially when the property is empty or unattended, we offer a once-a-month check on the property for maintenance issues and send a full report to the owner. Over the past two decades, we have compiled a portfolio of local professionals who’ll get the job done right, whether it’s on the property, in the garden or pool. For example, things like Pest Control, or Repairs and Decorations … so, if your roof is leaking or your air conditioning needs a service, we’ll send you a notice and ask if you’d like us to take care of it, providing you with more than one quote so you can choose. Then, we’ll manage and oversee the completion of the project, repairs or service”.
Rental Collection
Sara added, “Naturally, that includes assuring the rent is paid on time. Much as we don’t rent the properties ourselves, we manage them, so we take care of all the accounting, providing regular statements to the owner and, of course, transferring the rent to their chosen bank account. We keep accurate records with a passion and a personal touch. This includes a key holding, cleaning, furnishing, maintenance, repairs, renovations and 24/7 advice or assistance!”
Ladies Touch
Sara, who speaks both English and Greek, also has a passion for interior design and has helped several of her clients over the years. She just loves total refurbishments on empty properties. So if you’re looking to totally refurbish your place, be sure to ask her for her ideas and contacts.
Rental Properties
Their sister company and website is Arena Properties, where you’ll find an extensive selection of hand-picked properties for long-term rental and for sale in Cyprus, all searchable with a map, that you can just zoom in to, which btw, is a really cool feature. You can choose from beautiful villas, which are just a stone’s throw from the world-famous and stunning Fig Tree Bay, currently ranked as one of the top beaches in Europe, and they also have gorgeous modern apartments on a unique five-star complex, which, naturally, are a touch above the rest!

If you’re looking for a professional company to look after your property, then you’ll find this company hard to beat, Sara really is on another level …
