I’ve known Andrea’s since he opened because I just love my Fish and Chips, especially on a Friday … Often finding myself in Paphos on Friday’s I can’t resist Fish and Chips, a couple of slices, pickled onions and a cup of tea … Mmmm !
Sea Side Style
Moulia is the sort of chip shop that you’ll find in any seaside coastal town, it’s leans towards cafe style, with a Cypriot twist, situated on Tombs of The Kings Road, so you can watch the world go by … light blue, gingham tablecloths, with salt and pepper and of course vinegar, tomato ketchup and mayonnaise and serviettes … most of the local clients feel well at home …
Hospitality
Andreas personifies a British fish and chip shop owner, but he’s never lived in the UK, yet he was one of the first to open in Paphos and has been there almost 20 years … My father had a chippy and let me tell you, Andreas has peeled a lot of potatoes 😉 … Andreas initially qualified in Food and Beverage, Catering and Hospitality, then worked with fish importers before he decided he wanted to open this shop, since then he has opened another, which sort of shows in the quality of his fish …

The light and crispy Cod and Chips is everyone’s favourite, but here fish lovers get a good choice as they also serve, Haddock . Plaice . Skate . Grilled Salmon . Kalamari . Prawns . and the occasional surprise . Plus . Home Made Beef Burgers . Pies, including Chicken and Mushroom, Steak and Kidney, Beef and Onion . There’s Fish Cakes . Proper Pork Sausages . Savaloys . Grilled Chicken . and delicious crispy pickled onions … oh and chips made from Cyprus potatoes, just unbeatable !
