Aeyialos Beach Bar welcomes Cyprus Rocks 2017

It was the welcome meeting of Cyprus Rocks 2017 … Aeyialos Beach Bar and Restaurant were our hosts, btw one of the best fish restaurants in Cyprus ! The stage was set, Paul greeted me with a smile, wow I’m VIP, makes a change, and Mario looked very happy, Eddie was there enjoying it from a different angle, I couldn’t believe the average age of the travellers was probably about 45, made me feel at home 😉

Will this be the new home of Cyprus Rocks, Eddie’s legacy, started some ten years ago in Lindos, via a short stint in Spain … from the atmosphere at Aeyialos it looks like they’ve started well, everyone loves Cyprus, the weather is awesome and it looks like we’ll be rocking on this Rock I call paradise, for many years to come, and I got a funny feeling its gonna get bigger!

Stone Free
As a big bad moon rose over the quaint little bay, opening the festival was one of the event’s organisers, Mario, lead guitarist in Stone Free … brilliant !!!, you could probably hear it as far as The Bakers Arms across Trinity Bay lol, start as you mean to go on was the message …

Closing the night
Thin Lizzy Experience, loved the hair do and these guys were awesome btw! … Someone said to me, not more tribute acts?
