Palm Royal
I had the pleasure to meet Monika Galantay of Palm Royal recently, firstly for a chat and when Monica invited me for a Therapeutic Massage so she could tell me more I couldn’t say no, and I’m so glad I accepted, as I have to say she’s just become my fav masseuse, and btw she told me things about my body and all I can say is it opened my eyes a bit!
A Touch Above
On arrival I knew straight away this lady was a touch above the rest, private underground parking, nice lift, the studio is immaculate, spacious lounge with four huge comfy sofas, full air-con, free WiFi, big screen TV, a pristine kitchen, tea, coffee or a fresh juice, a gorgeous bathroom for a quick shower, therapy room with relaxing essences, discreet lighting, scented candles, mellow music and then one of the best massages you’ll ever experience !
Fully Qualified
Hungarian born Monika who has over 15 years massage experience, originally studied Hotel Management in Germany, before taking her Diploma in Medical Massage in Hungary and eventually moving to Cyprus 10 years ago, studying several treatments including; Aromatherapy Massage, Sports Massage, Indian Head Massage, Hot Stone, Lymphatic System Massage, and Therapeutic Massage, for sports injuries, tension relief, migraines, and anti stress, which btw I highly recommend !
Knowledge
I spoke in depth about my Therapeutic Massage, Monika uses a personally developed blend of essential oils, Lavender just extenuated, her concentration on the muscles firstly to relieve tension and primarily to help the blood vessels in the muscle to flow freely, which in turn helps the whole body to flow healthy and reduces problems to other organs that can be caused by the lack of blood circulation. Monika explained everything and it was evident this lady has extensive experience and knowledge of her trade and it all made sense to me, so I just tried to relax and let it flow, it seems I need a course of these treatments 😉
Self Taught
Monika explained to me that her qualifications led her to study the art of massage in depth and her extensive readings and 15 years experience have led her to develop her own unique art of Therapeutic Massage. She is also an Advocate of doTERRA, the most clean essential oils available, from the UK and blends them herself for different treatments.
Body Treatments
With extensive knowledge in essential oils and homeopathy Monika extends her services to Body Wraps . Full Body Exfoliation . Organic Facials . Cellulite Massage . one of her favs is her Chocolate Massage or the Honey Massage, that puts lots of vitamins, minerals to moisturize the skin adding essential nutrients at the same time … sweet !
Children
Monika has helped many children with sports injuries, explaining if they were older and professionals they would have their masseuse there on hand so of course this should be no different for children age 12 upwards !
