What's On Cyprus

I really enjoy my job, even more so when I find something a little different and was thrilled when Valentina and Yiannis invited me to meet them at their Traditional Romanian Restaurant in Paphos … They asked me if I'd like to try one of Yiannis' Soups for lunch, and I said "just a little please" and they served me Meat Ball Soup with some warm pitta and green chili peppers on the side … I just have to say; "I wish I hadn't said 'just a little' … it really was delicious!"

This wide bay is just awesome at sunset and a dream during the day ... Crystal clear, shallow and often calm waters, it's one of the locals favourites ...

It just wouldn't be a fantasy without a few adult party games, you know, the ones your mum warned you about 😉 They're loads of fun, so you might as well join in! and btw, on the way back to the harbour there's another 30 minute free cocktail bar on the lower deck, and to top it off, tickets to the top clubs on the island … oh, and don’t worry if you forget your camera coz every trip is captured in HD

Andreas installs probably the best sound, light and automation equipment money can buy and to say he's a perfectionist is an understatement ... btw, you've probably been listening to his sound equipment and looking admiringly at his architectural lighting designs without even realising it!  Because, his work is evident in many restaurants, bars, cafes, hotels,  nightclubs, retail outlets, boat cruises and private homes from Paralimni to Paphos and everywhere in between ... I was trying to find out a bit more about the rules and red tape of residents from the UK and third-world countries moving to Cyprus and was highly recommended to meet Antigoni.  It was the greatest of pleasures to meet up with Antigoni, who I quickly realised is one of those people who has an extreme passion for her chosen career.

So I caught up with the fabulous Kay for a chat ... She told me, "This year's location has been kept secret and it's just been announced and it's at Paraklisha, in Limassol ... Celia told me; "I met Dominik a few years ago, because we're members of the same band, btw, an award winning band, called 'The Cover Up"... she continued, "I still get scared of the stage but I just go into an 'act' and tbh, working with Dominik helps loads".  "We're the best of friends and we just bounce off each other adding a little entertainment value!
