What's On Cyprus

Louise was on the 'You are Here Map' ... and directed us towards the country trail to the waterfalls ... this trail crosses the stream several times, now with wooden bridges to help, as last time I went, there were no bridges so you had to take your shoes off and get your toes wet ...

To some it must have seemed a crazy idea to invite renowned jazz artists from England to a border area of Cyprus and so far up the West Coast, the Paradise Jazz Festival took off immediately and was loved by the audience from the very beginning, first by the British ex pats of the area, and then then by the musicians from Cyprus, Netherlands, Bulgaria, Greece, Israel, oh and then by all island's nationalities, giving it a truly international image!

I’ve often watched Jenny completely change people in a few minutes … it is quite amazing what a good quality hair piece can do to make you look like someone new or maybe you just want to surprise someone, either way a visit here will suffice … oh and btw Jenny has a few selected summer clothing designs and sandals and not many people know this; she contributes considerable amounts of her profits to Children in Need in African ... an amazing woman !!!

The location is wonderful, up in the hills, with absolutely stunning panoramic views overlooking the St. George coastline of Paphos.  There's over 100,000 square metres of lush green vegetation, ponds, flowers, and trees including the amazing Silk Floss Tree from South America, covered in thousands of spikes, it's just crazy !

Jack & Sons name has become synonymous to the Pafos region for exceptional service, and reliability, but with reasonable rates, increasing their client base yearly and they assure me that their customers' comfort and safety always come first! ...

It's a family run hotel apartments, more like a mini resort ...

omg ! This week, Cyprus aka the Rock, is gonna rock like never before ...

An eatery of the highest esteem, I love the crazy paved terrace, shaded by tall mature trees, that twinkle delightfully as the sun sets, the crazy colourful tables and chairs, almost kindergarden'ish, little alcoves of comfy seating, hammocks set up high in the trees, whilst down a tier, skirting the rocks, a pathway leading to the almost private beach on the left, that'll have mellow music and waiter service and there's plenty of sunbeds, all with a view to die for, a sea of serenity at Sirena Bay ...

Franco goes to Milan in Italy twice a year, to the MICAM Fair, the biggest and most important Shoe Fair in Europe and orders new lines for the seasons, just before launching either his Spring & Summer Fashions or their Autumn & Winter Collections ... his carefully made selections are mostly Spanish, made from top quality leather, with his favourite designers names including; Garvalin, Agatha, Ruz de la Prada, and Plakton.
