One thing we can’t change is, it's Christian Easter on Sunday 12th and then just one week later it’s Greek Orthodox Easter on Sunday 19th, which also marks the end of 49 days of Lent, remember Green Monday the last time we could congregate, ffs, and of course Easter is the day we would all normally go crazy, lighting bonfires and BBQ’s, the aromas of barbecued Lamb just mouth-watering …

... let me explain, here the Mexican food isn't hot, it's refreshing, in fact, you can request your selection to your taste, so everyone is happy.  The chef is of course Mexican with over 12 years experience, his specialities are the Burritos, Chimichanga, and an array of Fajitas ... but the menu is huge so you'll find it hard to choose, all served by the drop dead gorgeous scandi crew ... who'll serenade you on your birthday using the kitchen utensils as instruments ... it's just brilliant !

Its April, that means summer's well and truly here, with temperatures expecting to surpass the mid 30°s Centigrade ... There's loads happening all over Cyprus, coz Orthodox Easter is on Sunday April 120th so we're expecting it to be a really busy month with Cypriots travelling from all over the world to experience the heritage and culture of Easter in their home country ... check out Tony's preview here ... ... the first thing that impressed me was the fact they don't have a freezer in the place, so meat, fish and vegetables are ordered fresh every day ... brilliant !  Must have something to do with why they were voted in the top three restaurants in Ayia Napa by Trip Advisor in 2017, and btw that makes them No:1 on the area of the square ..
