Eating Out

The setting is as good as on the beach, it's a traditional village house with alcoves and arches edging the shaded patio out front, overlooking the beautiful Mediterranean sea.  The ambience is relaxed outside and continues inside, with comfy lounge style sofas and 4 huge TV screens to watch all the live sports, there's a pool room with plenty of seating and two lovely open fires to keep your toes warm in the winter.

Absolutely everyone is welcome, and there's a cool mix of locals, ex pats and visitors from every thinkable country, something to do with the ambience, probably ;) oh and of all ages coz they make awesome Smoothies here too!  In fact, Andreas and the crew are impeccable hosts, always with a smile and on the menu 20 Hot Coffees by Hausbrandt of Italy, Cappuccino for me, perfect ...  most of them can be served chilled too.

The result is a vintage cafe style wine bar, full of colour and design that suits the area of old town Larnaca, somewhere to chill by day and party by night, with tasty snacks and spontaneous gigs, live music, Resident DJ Yiannis and top name guests like DJ Nicos Vavaresos sharing the decks, Acoustic nights, oh and Cuban or Latin nights, that get a tad busy, hmm its been known for them to run out of Corona and like, 20 bottles of Rum in one night !!!

... boasting 44 Vape Flavours, 14 that are truly unique, carefully created by Christos, blended internationally and different to say the least ... Flavours like Pearl Delight, that tastes like Blackcurrant Cheesecake or Monkey Style which more than hints to Bananas & Cream ... or Summer Sensations, a blend of Sweet Watermelon & Strawberries, or the Naughty Forest which reminded me of Forest Fruits & Yoghurt or my fav the 'Lemmy', a blend of Jack Daniels, Coke & Rum, brilliant, !!!

... Whether you want to grab a takeaway and sit by the beach or sit in and relax in their comfy seating area they offer a great selection of coffees, teas, herbal drinks, smoothies, sandwiches, muffins, cakes ... the list is endless.

... They serve mouthwatering dishes from Fish and Chips to Seafood Platters to Sushi, so delicious you'll want more and more !

It's location, the decor ... by day, it's cool, it's calm, it's sophisticated, but ... don't let that fool you, ...

Launched in 2005 ... Wave Dancer I is by far the biggest boat on Paphos Harbour, maybe even in Cyprus ... and I don't just mean the size of the boat, which btw is licensed to hold up to 150 guests, I also mean the whole service which is absolutely amazing, boasting the best variety of mini cruises this side of Athens ...

There are literally dozens of snack bars doing the usual, Ham & Halloumi (local cheese) Rolls or Halloumi & Ham, or Ham & Halloumi...

With close ties to the Italian culture of course you'll find Pizzerias all over the place and it's nice to see many of them...
