To be honest, I wouldn't be anywhere without this guy!  It was in fact Alex who told me I was doing it all wrong back in 2016 and helped me create this rsponsive, dynamic website.  It took us 2 years!  I finally managed to get him to sit down for an Inside-Out style interview ...

Celia told me; "I met Dominik a few years ago, because we're members of the same band, btw, an award winning band, called 'The Cover Up"... she continued, "I still get scared of the stage but I just go into an 'act' and tbh, working with Dominik helps loads".  "We're the best of friends and we just bounce off each other adding a little entertainment value!

this local band based in Nicosia, are one of the few Cypriot bands that sing in English and tbh, they're unique in every sense of the word ... normally doing about 10 gigs a month the lockdown has given them time to think, differently, yet again!!!

Jean now has over 44 years experience, and almost a lifetime's practice, and has worked with many world-acclaimed and reputable teachers, covering all the limbs of Yoga so you can be sure you are getting the very best in your personal development!  After a double hip replacement, caused by a dental reaction that attacked her immune system Jean has used Yoga and Meditation to help heal herself.

I wanted to chat about his music coz this guy excels here, saying "when we put a song together, it's all done right here 100%, written and recorded, maybe a little help with guitar, but everything is recorded in parts, no loops, including the drums and keyboard, with no compromise, you know, what happens, happens" ...

Born in Athens, 35 year old Alexandros started DJ'ing when he was 15, he couldn't help it he says "my passion is music, I love to see people dancing, I want to see them smile and the happiness on their faces" ... In the early day's he explained "I just played in a mini studio I set up at home, playing at a few parties, pubs, coffee shops in the city". He said, "I haven't played any big clubs coz I haven't really tried" ... reiterating "I'm not really into it for money, I just want to find the mixes".

Next thing you know they were shirtless, opa'ing and ella'ing ... Just brilliant ... Check out the video ...

Lithos Rock Band have been part of the rock scene in Protaras for over 12 years, these day's they're booked 7 nights a week at the excellent Q Bar in Protaras!  What I really like about them is you don't really know what they are going play each night, coz that depends on the audience ... with some 400 to 500 tracks on their play list, they don't even plan what they're going to play next ... one thing's for sure you'll get a professional show from a group who can play so well together and btw, they can all sing too!
