Jimmy's Jeep Adventures, Paphos

Jimmy’s Jeep Adventures
I met Jimmy in 2000 when he owned the Red Lion Pub in Bar Street.  Jimmy is a London born Cypriot, moving to Cyprus in 1982, working with a couple of Safari companies before opening the pub.  He now has over 26 years experience in the natural world of wild Cyprus, taking you places that can only be reached by helicopter or 4 Wheel Drive Jeeps!

It’s not Safari !
When I asked him why ‘Adventures’ and not ‘Safari’, he said because their trips are more of an adventure and because you probably won’t see any elephants or lions, explaining that they often see Moufflon, a wild Mountain Goat indigenous to Cyprus, along with Chameleons, Ponies, Birds of Prey, Pelicans, and maybe a snake, oh and the awesome Turtles at Lara Bay, but as its not a jungle, we prefer to say ‘Adventures’ !

Spontaneous
But, more importantly they’ll make sure you have fun, hinting that every trip is different, often spontaneously stopping the Jeep, jumping out a picking a watermelon or a bunch of bananas from a field to share with the group !

Jimmy provides 3 different adventures
My favourite has to be …
