Three Decades
This excellent hotel was established by three very close friends back on 7th August 1991. Together they’ve enjoyed providing Cypriot hospitality at its best for three decades. They have based their success on achieving a regular repeat customer, not to mention a strong local following, both resident and just visiting.
Awards
I’ve had the pleasure to work closely with this impeccable hotel since 1993. To be honest if you ever stay here, there’s a good chance you’ll go back! I think its because it’s still a family run hotel, with many of their staff staying long enough to be family and its without a doubt regarded as one of Cyprus’s finest hotels. In fact, they were recently awarded a Trip Advisor Travelers’ Choice Award for 2021 to add to an ever increasing impressive list of awards over the years.
Perfect
Situated on the favoured south east coast, just outside Protaras on the Cape Greco side, on 3 bays, just 15 to 20 minutes walk into the buisier heart of the resort and 10 minutes drive to Ayia Napa. I’ve watched this hotel grow over the years, enjoying many a coffee with the late, great, general manager ‘Solomos Leotsakos’ discussing hospitality in Cyprus and life in general. In fact I helped him start those world famous Christmas cards that were unique and always first to arrive, every year.
Just Right
It’s very family orientated, proudly presenting 277 Rooms, in 11 categories, including Double or Twin Rooms, Mezzanine Family Rooms, Disabled Facility Rooms. On their recently extended 5th Floor, of luxury suites, all with a sea view, you’ll find Honeymoon Elite Suites, Super Elite Suites and impressive, practical Disabled Facility Elite Suits.
Caring
Both my family and a few friends have stayed here, always speaking highly of their stay. My sister ‘Mellannie’ and brother in law ‘Rob’ who suffers from MS find them irresistible, because of their excellent disabled facilities, which include, ramps, parking spaces, mobility scooters, wheel chairs, toilets, walking wardrobes and showers.
Things to Do
With exceptional facilities, amenities and services including 2 Tennis courts, a modern Gym, plus the Vitality Spa & Wellness Centre with indoor swimming pool, with regular yoga and aerobics, massage, jacuzzi, steam bath, and beauty salon and they’ll even accommodate flexible healthy diets. The grounds are extensive with gorgeous gardens, falling down to the beach, scattered with palm trees and eateries of many cuisines, flavours and ambience.
Dinning
This year they’ve added two new dining experiences. An immediate success is the new ‘H Taverna’ serving Traditional and Greek Cuisine. So they now boast a choice of eleven restaurants and bars, including the new ‘To Kyma’ which is as good as on the little secluded sandy beach, officially called Nissia Bay, but we’ve always called Cavo Bay. The variety of eateries has made it a favourite for many a local on weekends and all through the summer holidays, resident or not.
International
Fast becoming everyone’s favourite is ‘To Kafeneion’, a cafe as traditional as you can get and what a wonderful setting to enjoy a perfectly made traditional Cypriot coffee and one of their world Mahalibi. The Stone Grill Steakhouse is an excellent idea where you can cook your own steak, sort of Hot Stone BBQ Style. Maybe a little Sushi at The Sea Weed Bar, or Mediterranean at Argo Restaurant, or enjoy one of the many theme nights in the Alkion Restaurant or just go Al’acatre! Oh, and their ‘Seasha Bar’ is a cool sports bar, with big screens to watch the live sports and enjoy many exotic flavours, cooled to your liking, to share with your friends 😉
Events
It’s an excellent choice to hold your wedding, christening or special event with full catering facilities and a wonderful backdrop of the gardens and mediterranean sea. With full conference facilities for small or big companies and all the mod audio visual equipment.

There’s always a special offers available… one for the locals, during this crises and up ’til mid June where couples can stay for only €39 per night B&B when they book for two nights … and naturally they are following all hospitality health and safety protocols very seriously!
Secrets
I’ll let you into a little secret; their complaints list at the end of the year was tiny, except for the Wifi, so guess what, they installed the best Wifi in Cyprus, all over the hotel and its grounds!
