With over 40 years experience in catering, it shows through, in the way Spiros has created his menus, he explained; "it’s my hobby to find new authentic recipes on the net, then I cook them, taste them, and I invite my chefs to taste, and if we all agree, the dish becomes a 'Special of the Day', until eventually it gets added to one of our menus!" … brilliant!

Helen, originally from North London, where she trained at college and is a fully qualified stylist with over 32 years experience, moving to Cyprus in '92, working in the Hair and Beauty Salon at a Five Star hotel before eventually opening her own salon in 2001 ... 15 years later, and Helen's success is evident and built on a reputation second to none!

The location is wonderful, up in the hills, with absolutely stunning panoramic views overlooking the St. George coastline of Paphos.  There's over 100,000 square metres of lush green vegetation, ponds, flowers, and trees including the amazing Silk Floss Tree from South America, covered in thousands of spikes, it's just crazy !

... There's literally tens of thousands of plants here, everything you can possibly imagine and more ... carefully selected breeds, making sure they choose an extensive selection that can withstand the Cyprus climate ... many are cultured right here in their grounds in very impressive greenhouses, which in turn helps them to keep their prices so low ...

I met up with the owner Nicos Pyrgos for a chat, and it soon became obvious that this guy has exceptional knowledge about fireworks ... after all, his father Marios launched the company back in 1986, laughing, Nicos said, "I've got gunpowder in my veins"! ... ha! my type of guy!
