It's a lovely idea for a truly different day out. What I really like about The Camel Park is it’s diversity, as there’s always something new to see every time you go. With such a lot of animals, there’s often a few babies around including iccle Camels, ranging from as little as 2 weeks old … they are just delightful! You can choose to stroll around at your leisure or there’s guides who offer information in several languages.

George says ''expect to find an awesome selection of spicy food, coz the boss loves it spicy!'' ... but by 'spicy' he doesn't mean hot hot, he means full of flavours of the East, some mild, some medium and many that give a kick ... Everything is cooked to order, using freshly cut local vegetables and the finest cuts of meat, and seafood and imported ingredients from the East ... Then three top Chefs conjure up an extensive selection of Asian cuisines from, China, Thailand, Korea and Japan and of course Sushi ...

Over a delicious coffee, Chris said, ''we just came on holiday, decided to move, and pretty much bought the pub straight away", ha! I've heard that story so many times! ... but tbh, these guys have just blended in like they've been here forever ... I expect it's got something to do with the traditional Cypriot Hospitality with a South African Twist, that oozes from the family and crew.

Following their massive recent refurbishment, the new fully licensed Wine Boutique is looking really cool and still awaiting a few final touches.  Airconditioned to a constant 21°C, the old 'AlcoHall Cava' has matured nicely into 'Wine and More Boutique' because the owners noticed that's what many of their clients were looking for!

I asked Marios @ Andria Steak & Seafood Restaurant, in Coral Bay, Paphos what's their secret behind their success?  He said "it's down to the quality of our ingredients, everything is fresh daily and cooked to order, and to us, presentation is an art" ... I have to say it's impeccable!  Marios continued; "to cook a good steak you first have to buy a good steak, and that's exactly what we do, importing the finest Black Angus Beef and the freshest seafood caught daily by local fishermen" ... Coming up to their first anniversary in Cyprus I asked Nicola to tell me about the Menu ... Nicola said; "We sort of split it into three cuisines, Fresh Fish, Fresh Sushi, and Vegan Platters & Snacks ... It's amazing how many people still didn't know this place exists ... it's situated in the village of Avgorou, and includes beautifully landscaped herb gardens, the woodland area created in the shape of Cyprus, scattered with the endemic trees and shrubs of Cyprus, a Lavender Labyrinth, and it boasts the first and only hedge maze on the island, all 2000 sq.m. of it ...
